These rates are based on a 24-hour day. The 11.11% airport fee, 3% state surcharge, 9.25% sales tax and 2% arena tax and $4 per day airport facility rate are not included in the rate.

Sport Utility Vehicles, 7 Passenger Vans and 12 Passenger Vans must be guaranteed with a credit card. The cancellation procedures are the following:

SUV & 7 Pass. Minivan: All customers are required to give a 24-hour notice to cancel. If a customer does not cancel at least 24-hours prior to the rental time or does not rent the reserved vehicle, a $75 fee will be billed to their credit card. 12 Pass. Van - All customers are required to give a 72-hour notice to cancel. If a customer does not cancel at least 72-hours prior to the rental time or does not rent the reserved vehicle, a $100 fee will be billed to the credit card.

Please review the following additional rental requirements:

Minimum rental age is 21 years old.
The renter must have a valid driver's license and major credit card, both in the same name with available credit.
Spouse or company employee may be listed as an additional driver at no extra charge, any other driver must qualify the same as the renter.
Gas, optional Loss Damage Waiver, Supplemental Liability Insurance, Personal Medical And Effects Coverage may be purchased at the rental counter.
Reservation may be made for pick up at any of our 5 locations. Our 4 in town locations will pick up guests from their hotel within a five mile radius or from the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. Cars may be returned to any of our Memphis locations.

Each renter will be supported by a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week emergency roadside service.

Directions from Memphis International Airport:
Go downstairs to the Baggage Claim area, step outside and board a Budget Shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will take you to the Budget rental office!
