In
honor of Mr. John C. Talley
- Provided the inspiration and developed the business plan for
the creation of the Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Memphis, TN.
As President and Founder of Shelby Count Soccer Complex Inc,
a nonprofit 501c3 corporation, he organized the private/public
partnership that raise construction funds in the amount of 2.5
million dollars through corporate contributions, foundations
and grants. John has worked with the local clubs, associations
and Tennessee Soccer to coordinate their tournaments at the
complex.

Kim
Talley, General Manager -
Brings the experience of business ownership to the Mike Rose
Soccer Complex. Her business included international and domestic
sales. Kim and John, as a team, worked to develop soccer and
a soccer complex in the MidSouth area. Kim has worked at the
Mike Rose Soccer Complex since 1999.

Simon
Lacon, Asst General Manager
- Has a Master of Science degree in Human Performance/Exercise Physiology and a Master of Arts degree in Sports Management & Administration. A native of England, his pursuit of this sport has led him from organizing tournaments in London, UK to directing and marketing camps for a US based soccer company. Simon's responsibilities include coordinating all sponsorships, events, and contractual agreements.

Jessica
Vinson, Hotel Coordinator
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management and Communications
from the University of Michigan. Played on the Region II Olympic
Development Team and was the goalkeeper for University of Michigan
all fours years of her undergraduate program. Her interest and
experience with the game has led her to pursue a career within
Soccer Facility Administration.

Conni Stock, Executive Assistant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Mississippi and brings over 14 years of experience working to support recreational and competitive youth athletics in Shelby County.

Brian
Kusler, Fields and Grounds Superintendent
- Has over 12 years of work experience in maintenance and turf
grass management. He began his career in Los Angeles Memorial
Coliseum and Sports Arena, which held a vast number of sporting
events, concerts and a variety of shows. After moving to Memphis
in 1991, Brian held the position as the Second Assistant Superintendent
at TPC Southwind, which hosts the annual Fed Ex / St Jude Classic
on the PGA Tour. He is currently a member of the Sports Turf
Managers Association and the TN Turfgrass Association. Brian
is a loving husband and a proud father of three children.
